Behind the heart of Sayal Welfare Association is Mrs. Naseem Ijaz Sayal, whose life has been devoted to serving humanity with compassion, kindness, and unwavering dedication.

Mrs. Naseem served as a registered nurse at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) Cardiac Hospital for more than 25 years, where she cared for thousands of patients with professionalism, empathy, and genuine compassion. Throughout her nursing career, she became known not only for her medical expertise but also for the comfort, hope, and dignity she brought to every life she touched.

Her passion for helping others extended far beyond the hospital. She has spent decades supporting underprivileged families, assisting those in need, organizing community welfare initiatives, and offering guidance and hope to countless individuals. Even today, she continues to dedicate her time and energy to humanitarian work, helping people locally and internationally through charitable programs, community outreach, and acts of kindness.

Together with her late husband, Ijaz Khan Sayal, she laid the foundation of Sayal Welfare Association with a simple yet powerful belief: that every person deserves compassion, dignity, and the opportunity to live a better life.

Today, her vision continues to inspire the organization's mission, while her son, Shalim Khan Sayal, proudly carries forward the legacy that his parents built together—serving communities with integrity, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to making a lasting difference.

Our Story

A Legacy of Compassion, Continued with Purpose!

Sayal Welfare Association was founded by Late Ijaz Khan Sayal and Naseem Ijaz Sayal, whose shared vision was to uplift underprivileged communities through compassion, service, and meaningful action. Together, they dedicated their lives to creating opportunities for those in need, believing that every individual deserves dignity, hope, and a chance for a better future.

Today, following the passing of my father, Late Ijaz Khan Sayal, I am honored to carry forward the mission they built together. As the son of the founders, I, Shalim Sayal, now lead the organization with the same values of integrity, humanity, and selfless service that have guided Sayal Welfare since its beginning.

Every initiative we undertake is a tribute to my parents' vision and a commitment to ensuring that their legacy continues to touch lives for generations to come.

Following the passing of my father, Late Ijaz Khan Sayal, I accepted the responsibility of leading Sayal Welfare Association with a deep commitment to preserving the vision my parents built together. Inspired by the lifelong humanitarian work of my father and my mother, Mrs. Naseem Ijaz Sayal, I am dedicated to ensuring their legacy continues to create meaningful change in the lives of those who need it most.

As President of Sayal Welfare Association, my focus is on expanding our impact through healthcare initiatives, education, community development, humanitarian relief, and sustainable programs that empower individuals and families. Every project we undertake reflects our unwavering commitment to compassion, transparency, integrity, and service.
